Handcrafted Instruments

Each Leo Flutes instrument is individually handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated production times are displayed on the product page or communicated directly to the customer when applicable.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or other reliable shipping providers, depending on the destination and the shipping service available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Orders

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Times

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the package and the instrument.

If a shipment appears to be lost during transit, Leo Flutes will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution.
