Make your own flute - in person craft Workshop

In this workshop, each participant will have the opportunity to create their own native-style flute through a guided, hands-on process, step by step and at a comfortable pace inside Leo’s workshop. The experience is accompanied by a calm and meditative musical atmosphere that supports focus and creativity. No prior experience is needed  (this is an open and welcoming space where the emphasis is on the process rather than perfection).

The crafting experience is designed to reconnect with presence of mind, creativity, and relaxation through craftsmanship. Working with natural materials and safe tools, we will move with intention and awareness, allowing each participant to explore the meditative power of handcrafting while shaping a musical instrument from raw material to sound.

Throughout the workshop, participants will learn about the materials used, the foundational steps of flute making, basic tuning concepts, natural finishes, and the intention behind this type of instrument. Each person will be able to incorporate personalized details such as colors, simple engravings, and finishing touches, making every flute a truly unique and personal creation.

The workshop also offers space for quiet reflection, calming music, conversation, and shared learning in a relaxed and supportive environment. Guidance will be provided at every stage, ensuring that each participant feels confident and accompanied throughout the entire process.

By the end of the workshop, everyone will take home their own handcrafted flute created with their hands, their rhythm, and their personal expression. A meaningful musical companion and the deep satisfaction of having shaped an instrument from start to finish.
