Make your own Shaker - in person craft Workshop (March)

In this workshop, each participant will have the opportunity to create their own rattle through a guided, hands-on process, step by step and at a comfortable pace. No prior experience is needed, this is an open and welcoming space where the focus is on the process rather than perfection.

This is an artisanal experience designed to reconnect with presence of mind, creativity, and relaxation through craftsmanship. Working with natural materials and simple tools, we will slow down, engage the senses, and allow the hands to lead the way, creating a moment of focus and calm.

Throughout the workshop, participants will learn about the materials used, the basic construction process, and the intention behind this type of instrument. Each person will be able to choose personalized details, such as colors, textures, and engravings, making every rattle a truly unique and personal piece.

The workshop also offers space for quiet reflection, calming music, conversation, and shared learning in a relaxed environment. Guidance will be provided at every stage, ensuring that each participant feels supported and confident throughout the process.

By the end of the workshop, every participant will take home their own handcrafted instrument, created with intention, care, and personal expression, a meaningful object that can be used for sound, rhythm, meditation, or simple enjoyment.
